Dopo il diploma di Elettronica Industriale, si è dedicato nella maggior parte del suo tempo libero dalla professione di "tecnico informatico", che rimane la sua attività di base, al suo grande amore la musica e il teatro .
E' stato membro della Donizetti Society di Londra, per la quale ha collaborato alla realizzazione del Journal 1999 pubblicato dalla Fondazione Donizetti di Bergamo, e per la quale realizzato il primo prototipo di sito Web.
Ha frequentato corsi di storia della musica tenuti tra gli altri da Giampiero Tintori, Daniele Rubboli.
